Approvals you can rely on

A link, not a login

The customer receives an email with a secure, expiring link and the PDF. The page shows exactly the document you sent — no internal costs, no margin — and lets them accept, decline, defer or ask a question.

Related work stays together

Discs, pads and the labour to fit them are one group. A customer who ticks the pads gets the whole group; they cannot accidentally approve half a brake job. Requested work cannot be dropped line by line — recommended work can.

Recorded properly

Name, contact, what was selected, the total, the time, and a hash of the exact document. One acceptance per version, enforced by the database: a double-tap or a stale tab cannot record two.

Superseded and expired means no

Send a revision and the old link says so. Past the validity date, it says that too. Neither can be accepted.

Phone and in-person

Record a yes you took on the phone with your name on it. It is stored as a staff-recorded approval, distinct from a customer click, and shows on the job card as such. Silence, an opened email or a friendly reply is never treated as approval.
